Program Description
- This experiential educational summer camp is design for the business student to develop entrepreneurial mind set and competencies, since entrepreneurship and business start-up is more about attitude, knowledge, and skills, and all together called developing entrepreneurial competencies using experience and learning by doing teaching approach, in this bootcamp, we, therefore will use experiential learning pedagogical approach and develop entrepreneurial competency.
- The prime objective of this boot camp is to teach the participants identifying business opportunities, understanding customer needs/value, finding emerging gaps in the market, to develop new venture and business. This boot camp therefore draws on leading edge pedagogical approaches and practices in the curriculum and the participants will develop both entrepreneurial mind-set and entrepreneurial competencies. The participants will acquire contemporary entrepreneurial knowledge, learn crucial business skills such as idea generation, market research, real-world problem-solving using technologies, raising capital, operation plan, financial plan and much more necessary for a business startup.
- This boot camp combines experiential learning pedagogical approach using (Simulators) with panel discussion of aspiring entrepreneurs, founders, innovators and visits to national business incubation centres and chamber of commerce. In these seven days boot camp, students will work in teams to develop their own new business or find opportunities to work in partnership with entrepreneurs and industry experts. At the end of the program, students will present their business plans in an informative and creative way to the panel including entrepreneurs, industry experts, potential investors, academicians and participants of the boot camp.

Dr Tariq Ahmed
Assistant Professor Rabat Business School, College of Management International University of Raba Dr Tariq Ahmed previously serve as an Associate Professor and Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences BUITEMS, Quetta, Pakistan. He received his Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from University of Malaya in Malaysia. He has taught courses in Entrepreneurship, Statistics, and Research Methods at undergraduate and postgraduate level Over the year’s entrepreneurship and strategic management became his passion. Ahmed is trainer and consultant in the field of entrepreneurship development. He developed different entrepreneurial modules and teaches entrepreneurial courses in Rabat business and works as consultant and mentor with different business incubation centers in the universities around the globe. Ahmed conducts entrepreneurial boot camps in different countries in collaboration with high profile academicians, industry experts, entrepreneurs, mentors, and many other but relevant stakeholders. He is the lead instructor in these bootcamps, and the learning approach is mainly focused on developing entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial competencies using experiential learning approach.
